Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?

Yes, we ship to all international destinations.

How much is shipping?

US and Canada – Free standard shipping on orders over US$150 (before tax).
International – Free standard shipping on orders over US$250 (before tax).

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

How long does it take for my delivery?

Orders are typically processed from our warehouse in one day. During a high volume of orders, processing takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping times:

USA and Canada standard shipping – 3 to 5 days
International standard shipping – 5 to 12 days

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-ordered items are estimated to ship in 4-6 weeks, but please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will do our absolute best to get your piece(s) to you as soon as possible. Orders placed with a mix of in stock and pre-ordered items may also experience delays in shipping.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-ordered items, you will be refunded your full amount.

Will I be charged duties or importing fees?

Please note items shipped outside of the United States or Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through Shakila’s Collection.

Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.


What is your return policy?

We strive to deliver the highest quality product to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on products within 30 days from purchase. Returned products must have their original tags attached, have no signs of wear, and original product packaging must be intact. This excludes sale items and non-refundable items listed below. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Are returns free?

Please note that all shipping costs, initial, as well as, return, will be the customer’s responsibility. Your original shipping fee is not refundable. Orders outside of the US or Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Are all items refundable?

Items that are on regular price can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to the return policy above for more details.

Any items bought on sale are not refundable.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges at this time for any of our pieces. All pieces can be returned for refund or store credit.

How do I start the return process?

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive the returned product in good condition, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, excluding shipping fees.
